February 2006 Meeting: The Web as Modules

I will be discussing the trend of making the web more modular. We, as website creators, have many great applications available at our disposal and through the right means, we can seamlessly integrate various modules into our websites. This allows us to create websites with no real internal content, only content stored in external web applications.

What is Refresh Austin?

Refresh Austin is an organization of Web professionals working together to foster new ideas and refresh the creative, technical and professional aspects of their trade.

When Do We Meet?

The second Tuesday of each month, from 7pm - 9pm.

Our (new) regular meeting location is Buffalo Billiards, but check this site, our calendar or the mailing list for full details or changes.

Informal gatherings, arranged on the list or via Twitter often pop up too.
