Easing into SXSWi with Refresh Austin

SXSWi is rapidly approaching, and we’ve got a couple of Refresh Austin events to help ease you into the social swing of things!

Monthly Meeting, Tuesday March 10th
Our regular monthly meeting is this coming Tuesday, and we’ve decided to forgo the presentations in favor of a good ol’ social event. We’ll be at Buffalo Billiards at 7:00, as usual, but instead of heading upstairs, meet us down in the bar.

Worldwide Refresh Lunch, Friday, March 13th
Join Refreshers from around the world on Friday March 13th, and get a chance to catch up with Refreshers you met last year and make some new friends before SXSWi. The lunch will be at B.D. Riley’s, the same venue as last year, and will be a casual affair. We don’t have any sponsors, so you’ll need to pick up your own tab, but the pub is very accommodating and is happy to maintain separate checks for us.

Please RSVP on Upcoming or FaceBook so we have an idea of how much space we’ll need, though feel free to drop in even if you don’t RSVP, all are welcome.

What is Refresh Austin?

Refresh Austin is an organization of Web professionals working together to foster new ideas and refresh the creative, technical and professional aspects of their trade.

When Do We Meet?

The second Tuesday of each month, from 7pm - 9pm.

Our regular meeting location is Buffalo Billiards, but check this site or the mailing list for full details or changes.

Informal gatherings, arranged on the list or via Twitter often pop up too.
